History of the Dassault Falcon 8X

Many aerospace companies profit from both military and civilian avenues, and Dassault AG is no exception - it produces the advanced Rafale multirole fighter for selected military customers and the Falcon series for the commercial world . Beginning with the Falcon 10 in 1971, the Falcon family has grown into an enduring family of business jets. Since then, the product has undergone various design evolutions, including the state-of-the-art "Falcon 7X", which is now the newly released "Falcon 7X".

Falcon 8X". The Falcon 8X was unveiled at EBACE ("European Business Aviation Conference and Expo") in 2014, following another of Dassault's wide-body product "Falcon 5X" released in October 2013 Relatively recent announcement.

Based on the previous Falcon 7X model, the Falcon 8X was advertised as a longer-range, larger-cabin business jet replacement with a refined swept wing (with winglets) and an improved "three-jet" "The turbofan engine is used for maximum fuel efficiency. Additional windows in the cabin walls provide more natural light, and the cabin is about 3.5 feet longer than the Falcon 7X (actually the longest cabin of any Falcon jet available).

Engineers also increased internal fuel reserves to achieve the desired operating range. The standard operator consists of three, a fully digital cockpit (based on the Falcon 5X), a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of 73,000 lbs, and can carry up to 8 passengers in business-class comfort.

Power is provided by three Pratt & Whitney Canada PW307 series turbofan engines (6,722 pounds of thrust each), enabling the jet to fly abroad for approximately 14 hours, giving it access to key commercial markets such as Shanghai, New York and Sao Paulo.
