The new generation KAPLAN MT is the only and exclusive modern medium tank with a rear power pack instead of a variant of the existing infantry fighting vehicle.
Its unique design provides the lowest profile and highest power-to-weight ratio in its class. Its platform is designed for optimized weight and high maneuverability. The power of the latest technology is combined with advanced electronic controls and heavy-duty suspension for maximum maneuverability in all battlefield conditions.
The Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) ensures continuous power and reduces signatures during nighttime operation when the vehicle is primarily operating in a static position.

The KAPLAN MT is equipped with the latest generation John Cockerill 3105 turret with a 105mm high pressure Cockerill gun with a unique anti-armor strike capability. The Cockerill 3105 is the most advanced and powerful lightweight 105mm turret in its class. It is ideal for infantry support and medium tank roles.
The 3105 has a unique indirect fire capability that can be used in urban and other difficult terrain.
