In a world where battlefields are becoming increasingly mobile, Turkey's Nurol Makina is offering his NMS 4x4 "Yoruk" Light Armored Vehicle (LAV). The vehicle is billed as an economical multi-mission solution, covering a variety of roles with inherent tactical flexibility.

As such, the series can be used to fulfill a number of military and security-oriented roles required by most global military actors.

Yoruk offers state-of-the-art functionality in a decidedly modern design. At its heart is a four-wheel, two-axle arrangement that provides excellent ground clearance and off-road performance.

This series is a lightly armored vehicle that provides the occupants with protection from small arms and artillery jets, allowing them to survive short periods of time in competitive areas. The engine is located behind a louver grille at the front of the fuselage, while the rear of the car can be modified to suit multiple tasks.

Yoruk currently exists in several main variants suited to specific mission roles. These include local air defense, infantry support, convoy security, VIP transport, special operations support, SWAT//law enforcement services, reconnaissance, anti-tank (AT) and general supply services.

The basic form is an Armoured Combat Vehicle (ACV) with thick bulletproof windows and a Roof-mounted Remote Weapon Station (RWS). This 2.75-inch rocket vehicle features a roof-mounted turret with 2 x 4 cell launchers on trainable mounts. Likewise, the Anti-Tank Missile Vehicle (ATMV) has an overhead 2 x 4 tube launcher assembly designed to launch Anti-Tank Missiles (ATGM) from a distance in the role of an armed reconnaissance/armored destroyer. ADV) deploys its surface-to-air missile (SAM) launcher on its roof, capable of dealing with low-flying threats at close range. The Reconnaissance & Surveillance model represents a pair of long-range antennas and other antenna structures used for battlefield reconnaissance.

The SWAT armored vehicle is used for SWAT operations and has a RWS roof.

Almost all combat forms are equipped with smoke grenade launchers to monitor their movements in disputed areas. Non-combat variants include single- and dual-cabin flatbed forms for service-oriented missions.
