History

The Savage MSR series is a collection of rifles that have been modernized based on the Armalite AR-10 semi-automatic rifle. These rifles come in various configurations for hunting, defense, and competitive shooting, and they can be chambered in either .308WIN or 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition. All of them operate semi-automatically using a direct impact system.

The MSR-10 Hunter is designed for big game hunting, featuring a sturdy carbon steel barrel, an aluminum 7075 receiver, and a detachable 20-round magazine. It offers a comfortable and adjustable synthetic stock, a free-floating M-LOK handguard, and can be customized with various optics. The magazine capacity is 20 rounds.

For competitive shooting enthusiasts, the MSR-10 Competition HD provides high performance with its stainless steel barrel, adjustable gas system, and Magpul CTR stock. It offers precise shooting with a two-stage trigger and a 5R rifling pattern. The rifle features a red QD sling attachment and a 20-round magazine.
