The Embraer Phenom 300 is a twin-engine luxury aircraft. Manufactured by the Brazilian aerospace group Embraer and designed in collaboration with BMW DesignworksUSA, the model is designed for top-notch performance with a focus on user experience.
As Embraer prides itself on innovative design, the Phenom 300 was developed and built from scratch between May 2007 and April 2008.
Despite having a standard length of 15.6 m (51.2 ft), the Phenom 300 achieves high ceilings with an interior length of 5.2 m (17.2 ft), the most spacious interior of any light jet on the market. This is due to the OvalLite design, developed by Embraer in partnership with BMW, which maximizes space and ensures a quiet cabin.
In addition to providing more space for passengers, the Phenom 300 offers the largest luggage capacity in its class (74 ft3 / 573 lbs).
The Embraer comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, including the pilot and co-pilot. This is done by adding extra chairs or sofas in front of the six-seat cabin.
Designed for comfort and entertainment, the interior is highly customizable. The leather seats fully recline, swivel, move fore and aft, and control the cabin temperature (VIP seats only).
The entertainment system includes a 10.4-inch TV with CD and DVD player, onboard high-speed Internet access, satellite phone system and wireless headphones. Cabinets at the front of the cabin contain a coffee machine, beverage cooler and ice drawer.
Surfaces can be individually designed with wood veneer, laminate, leather or carpet.
The 11 kitchen windows (the largest in the Phenom 300 class) are positioned to provide the seats with as much light and visibility as possible. The characteristic "air stairway" leads to the largest entry door area in its class.
A cabin altitude of 6,600 feet and a cruising altitude of 45,000 feet ensure passengers are well-rested when they arrive at their destination, unaffected by the high altitude.
