History

The KBM Kh-47M2 Kinzhal is a Russian air-launched ballistic missile designed for high-speed strike missions. Russian sources describe it as a hypersonic weapon, while independent analyses note that its trajectory is fundamentally ballistic rather than that of a hypersonic glide vehicle.
