History

The ROBONEERS ShaRys PRO Mk.19 (M) is a Ukrainian combat unmanned ground vehicle complex that integrates the Rys PRO robotic platform with the Shablia Mk.19 (M) remotely operated combat module and a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. The complex was codified in Ukraine in 2026. Codification enables the system to participate in state procurement and permits the possibility of serial deliveries to the Defense Forces of Ukraine, although the available information does not establish that large-scale procurement or serial delivery had already begun.

The ShaRys PRO Mk.19 (M) was developed for strike and fire-support missions while retaining the modular character of the Rys PRO base platform. The platform can be reconfigured for reconnaissance, surveillance and logistics duties when fitted with other mission equipment.

Development and codification

ROBONEERS combined the Rys PRO unmanned ground vehicle with the Shablia Mk.19 (M) remotely operated combat module to create an integrated armed complex. The weapon station can carry the Ukrainian AGL-53 40 mm automatic grenade launcher, the Mk 19 grenade launcher or an equivalent weapon.

The configuration received official codification in 2026. This administrative milestone opened the route for government procurement and potential serial supply while establishing the integrated platform, combat module and weapon as a single configuration.

Design

The ShaRys PRO Mk.19 (M) uses the Rys PRO as its mobile base. The platform weighs 555 kg without weapons and ammunition and has a maximum speed of 12 km/h. Its stated driving range is 70–85 km on hard surfaces and 25–35 km across rough terrain.

The platform can operate in driving mode for up to five hours. With a battery set and while remaining in standby mode, stated endurance is 72–85 hours. Communications range is 1.1–2.7 km in open terrain and 0.6–0.8 km in rough terrain.

Combat module and armament

The Shablia Mk.19 (M) is a remotely operated combat module configured for a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. Supported weapons include the Ukrainian AGL-53, the Mk 19 or an equivalent system. The stated effective engagement range is up to 1,500 m.

The combat module can conduct fire using guidance based on specified coordinates. Its horizontal traverse sector is up to 160 degrees, while vertical weapon movement extends from -10 degrees to +65 degrees.

Deployment and control

The complex requires two operators. Deployment takes up to 10 minutes, and folding the system for movement or recovery takes up to 10 minutes.

Modular configuration

The underlying Rys PRO platform is not limited to the grenade-launcher configuration. ROBONEERS designed the platform so that mission equipment can be changed while retaining the same basic vehicle. Supported roles described for the platform include fire support, reconnaissance, surveillance and logistics.

Program status

Following codification in 2026, the ShaRys PRO Mk.19 (M) became eligible for consideration in Ukrainian state procurement. Codification also permits future serial supply to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The available information does not confirm that the complex had entered large-scale production or that substantial quantities had already been delivered.
