Shengying Technology describes three cooling provisions for sustained high-speed operation: fan cooling for the electronic speed controller, dedicated ventilation openings, and a separate cooling system for the video transmitter. The manufacturer's H-07 product information also identifies the upward motor arrangement and three-blade propellers as features intended to improve response during maneuvering.

Battery and launch arrangements

The battery is fixed inside the airframe rather than designed for routine removal. Charging is performed through a direct plug-in charging dock intended to simplify turnaround between sorties. Shengying Technology states that the H-07 can be launched directly from the ground or from a launcher.

As of September 2026, Shengying Technology claimed that the H-07 had entered mass production and that the tooling required for large-scale manufacture had been completed.
